Do we owe Muslims another apology?

Today everybody is a vivtim and needs to have feelings protected. Christians and Muslims judge and cry foul when we respond.

I respect an individual's faith. I make no apology for calling a couture killing and suppressing in the name of a god what it is, a shit hole.

Just look at the mid east. With its wealth it shpuld be peaceful and prosperous. Shithole is the word, I make no apaology for that.

I do not accept the response that it is not really Islam, it has been Islam since its founding. Convert or die.

Some Islamic nations lucked out and sit on vast supplies of oil. Some do not. While it is true centuries ago, some Islamic nations had the world's most competent and skilled scientists, Islam, as a religion pretty much helped end that. Today, translations of world's literature into Arabic is notoriously lacking. And if we ignore oil, Islamic nations collective GDP is about that of the Netherlands. In many Islamic nations, literacy is low, only about 60% in Pakistan for example. Shiite vs Sunni religious rivalries cause war, violence and intolerance. Terrorism based on religion is rampant.

If Islam was in fact a religion given to mankind from Allah, God himself, we would expect much better than what we have today. Color me not impressed.

If Islam were a moral ideology, they would be using good moral arguments and not Jihad. The same applies to Christianity and their Inquisitions and current homophobia and misogyny.
