Does Putin believe in his own propaganda?

I think there is no need for you to repeat all this bullshit which was refuted already.

I don't think that word means what you think it does.

For stuff to qualify as being 'refuted'; it has to, you know, actually been refuted. Sticking your fingers in your ears and going "nanananana" doesn't count.

Just type "I am a russophobe" and we will be done with it.

"-phobe" would mean fear...

...nobody in the west is afraid *of* Russia anymore.

Deal with it.

Appearing yesterday on CNN, Senator Tom Cotton (R) urged critics of Indiana’s “religious freedom” law to get “perspective,” suggesting the treatment of LGBT people in Indiana compared favorably to countries where gay people are executed.

“I think it’s important we have a sense of perspective,” Cotton said. “In Iran they hang you for the crime of being gay.”
LOL

Okay, now all you have to do is find just one person on this forum who reveres Tom Cotton in the same way you revere Putin.

Also, you might want to check the news coming out of Indiana from last Thursday. Because of widespread backlash, they have already revised the bill to protect laws that ban discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

It seems fairly obvious that Putin doesn't believe all of his own propaganda. If nothing else, it's not terribly consistent. For example, we can't expect him to believe both that Europe can't afford to protect Ukraine, and that NATO has secretly sent troops on the ground to fight in the Ukraine. Nor is it reasonable to suppose both that European media organisations are conspiring against their own governments to tell lies about Ukraine, and that European governments are working with the CIA to fool the media.
