Your link says it ain’t true - it then says his scores have NOT (surprise surprise) been released, so how would they know? It is credible that he did not score 73. If he was distracted at all, as he usually is, that would be a high bar.
But I’m betting it’s actually ten points higher than his score that day, if he was tested under ideal circumstances six or eight times.
But hey IQ isn’t everything - inheriting $400,000,000 is everything. The Apricot is president. I have double his purported IQ and I’m nobody.

You can post your opinion on Trump's low IQ all you want, but when you present evidence of it in the form of a fabricated story it becomes a problem. Like I said to another poster just recently:

If I want to see fake unattributed (and absurdly unlikely) “news”, fake videos represented as real, etc., I’ll pull up Facebook. They’re doing plenty of well-documented fucked up shit without having to manufacture anything.
