You don't ask for a supporting psychiatric opinion from at least 3 qualified doctors or somesuch. We don't look at xir's chromosomes, xir's genetalia or xir's testosterone levels. Xirs identification as a woman is enough to settle the issue and put the bigot tag on anyone who does not treat xir as a woman.

Now all you are lacking is a relevant reason as to why the identification power does not apply to Emile Ratelband saying xir wants to identify as a 49 year old. What, other than your hatred and bigotry, causes you to start babbling about biology and psychiatrists when you agree the identification power all that is necessary?

I'm not the one who put "race" on a birth certificate. Saying that I'm making up stories about it, saying that it shouldn't be there in the first place, you pretending you aren't racist and trying to project your racism on to me, all of those are dodges.
