This is the 10th win for the Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar. The win was for a coalition with Modi's party, in which that Modi's party got the maximum success.
Bihar is the third largest state of India by population (Estimated to be 131 million in 2025). This was also the heaviest-ever polling in Bihar.
The final results are: Ruling combine 202 (Modi's party 90, Nitish Kumar's party 85), Opposition 35, others 6 (inclined towards the opposition, IMHO).

I can see why a BJP shill would be happy about this result.

But when your opposition is this weak, there's little motivation for the government to do right by its people. After all, even if the BJP does a bad job, no-one's threatening to replace them any time soon.

The best kind of democracy is one where the government always has a strong opposition breathing down their necks, threatening to overtake them at the next election.

Yeah, we (BJP supporters) are very happy about the result. Fifth time Nitish Kumar will be the Chief Minister. No anti-incumbancy.

Opposition is weak because they had not done the right thing when they were in power. Modi did not get the third term for free. He has not taken a holdiday after he became the Prime Minister. He works hard day and night.
They are failing in the national elections and in many state elections because they were corrupt. No one can point a finger at Modi for being corrupt during the 25 years he has headed governments, first as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and later as the Prime Minister of India.

Now, how can Modi make people believe in the corrupt parties and make them strong? All opposition parties are dynastic, whether it is Nehru's INC (Indian National Congress, third generation), RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal, second generation) in Bihar, SP (Socialist Party, second generation) in Uttar Pradesh, DMK (Drvida Munnetra Kazgham, second generation) in Tamilnadu and TMC (Trinamool Congress, preparing for the second generation, election coming up in March/April 2026) in West Bengal?
