Seems like he lied that his so-called business needed covid money, got an illegit $150K loan or relief, not sure which, got caught, and then quickly (a year after?) paid back $149K after getting caught. It seems like he just recently pled guilty to three specific charges: wire fraud, false statement, and money laundering.
