Maybe you have already read about Saudi Arabia's new definition?

Saudi Arabia has introduced a series of new laws which define atheists as terrorists, according to a report from Human Rights Watch.
...
Yet last month further regulations were issued by the Saudi interior ministry, identifying a broad list of groups which the government considers to be terrorist organisations - including the Muslim Brotherhood.
Article one of the new provisions defines terrorism as "calling for atheist thought in any form, or calling into question the fundamentals of the Islamic religion on which this country is based".

Finally we have struck terror into the heats of an entire State.

BTW, if I worship the Invisible Pink Unicorn does it count as terrorism? Muhammd was her prophet after all. :devil-smiley-029:

The only difference between the US and Saudi Arabia is that the religious nuts have real power in Saudi Arabia.

But they are both filled with fundamentalists who would love to make atheism punishable, by them.

I, for one, would like to take this opportunity to thank the Canadian government for just selling them a couple billion dollars worth of military equipment. It's nice to know that we're arming the good guys.

I think it is fair to assume that fellow in that bizarre is specifically our enemy. Odd, isn't it that these nasty bastards seem to be connected to oil wells and hence our government is allied with them...does that make our government the enemy of the people? The Saudi royalty is scared to death of rationality. If rationality ever were to take hold in Saudi Arabia, these guys would all have to flee to Monaco or perhaps South Texas. These guys head chopping activities make ISIS pale in comparison.

If the House of Saud is driven from SA things aren't going to change for the better. This isn't Iran we're talking about where the general populace is more liberally minded than the power brokers.

The people in Saudi Arabia are crazed fundamentalists because of the coercion of a religious state.

Not because it is their nature.

And why has it remained a religious state?

The US and Britain have helped a lot in that regard.

I like the way that nobody is responsible for their actions except for white people.

Which, even if true, fails to account for the nature of what things are versus what we wish them to be. The 10th largest military's machinery (where SA has the largest per capita military budget) falling into the hands of Wahabi terrorists is a pretty scary proposition.

The bully might be a dick because his home life is unsatisfying, but I don't want to get beat up by him regardless.
