Well, that was back in 1979, and Putin was just a low level KGB agent then, so I don't really think that is what barbos was talking about when he accused Russia of being aggressive.

Why should I ask Maxine Waters anything? She is not participating in this thread. I want to know what it is you are talking about with regard to Russia being aggressive in Korea and South Africa.
