Lawsuit to block Nevada election worker protection law dismissed

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit aiming to block the Election Worker Protection Act, which makes it a felony to harass election workers.

Judge threw out their challenge, it remains a felony. How are they harmed by the degree of punishment unless they intend illegal acts??

I sure thought I posted about this before but I can't find it.

They were just hoping the judge would be a trumpsucker.
This is one small defeat among literally THOUSANDS of mini-attacks against our democratic system. And it’s going to get nothing but worse, as trumpsuckers and their insane clown leader get more and more desperate, and their chances of winning a free and fair election go from slim to none.

THERE WILL BE VIOLENCE.

I hope sleepy Joe is awake to that fact and is taking steps to harden our government and voting facilities against the Trumpsucking hordes.

If there was ever a time that a lethal response would be justified, this will be it. If that doesn’t happen, the bloodshed will be long term and persistent.
