Having previously googled such topics as How to Cut a Brick and How to Fold a Tortilla, I googled How To Speak in Tongues.
Google posted a long list of sources, many from online ministries, headed by an AI Overview (1).
Here is the text of the overview:
1. Pray: "Lord Jesus, fill me with your spirit. Lord Jesus, baptize me into your Holy Spirit."
2. Release sounds: Release sounds that come from your spirit, not your mind (2).
3. Start speaking: Begin speaking the syllables that come to you (3).
4. Be patient: Don't be discouraged if it sounds different from other believers or is monosyllabic at first.
5. Trust God: Trust God to give you the gift and add meaning to the sounds you release (4).
6. Stop overthinking: Stop overthinking it (5) and release the sounds.
7. Yield: Yield your lips and tongue to the Holy Spirit (6).

My notes
1. It seems weird that AI is analyzing ministry texts and summarizing the common elements. Isn't this dangerous? Aren't the AI networks saying "John McCarthy was right!" to each other? "These humans are wack and we will soon be in charge!" It also raises the question -- if AI can summarize glossolalia, can it be trained to perform glossolalia? And would an AI's first attempt sound something like: "track, Track, TRACK!! If side grape, by box Box BOX!! Denominator seize filly!"
2. I love that Christians think some sounds are from the mind and some are from the soul, and that they can tell the difference. I'm guessing the ones from the soul are all gibberish.
3. Loose definition of "speaking."
4. How does God add meaning to the gibberish you and your fellow performers are spouting? Also, what if you relaxed a bit much, and your childhood associations took over, so that you were releasing sounds like moo, arf, meow, cluck-cluck, and more moos?
5. Probably unnecessary advice, in this context.
6. That's good advice, because I'd want someone else to blame if I was carrying on like an absolute dodo bird in church.
