Theists have started figuring out that faith is a bad path to the truth, or at least, they are having trouble defending faith in arguments. So they have responded by playing silly rhetorical games with the definition of faith, hoping that they can redefine faith back into relevance.

Messianic Mechanic does a good takedown of some of these arguments.

FAITH IS FOLLOWING A LOGIC AND POSITIVE FEELING CAPTURED BY THE SOUL IT IS NOT FALLING IN THE DARK OR IN THE UMPTYNESS AS SOME ARE DIFINITING IT IS HIGHER AND
GREATER THAN SOME ARE GETTING IT IS ABOUT TO CONNECT WITH AN SIPIRITUAL DIMENSION AND MOOVING THROUGH IT AND FOR MOOVING YOU'll NEED TO FOLLOW YOUR EMOSSION NOT YOUR SIGHT CAUSE THINGS APPEARING IN THE REALITY WON'T BE CONCERNED

Faith is accepting conclusions without evidence. There is nothing virtuous about that.

Saying that you substitute emotions for evidence does not make faith sound any more reasonable. It does quite the opposite.

By the way, did you watch the video?
