Google's Driverless Cars Legally Approved

With these sorts of knowns, you can establish baselines for what should and shouldn't be happening out there. When the computer picks up on an anomally, it can crunch some numbers and determine what the heck is happening and then adapt the vehicles movement.
This is really hard part, especially with pedestrians.

Here's why driverless cars are unacceptable:

Nuclear weapons attacks on satellites by major car manufacturers.

Say for instance, Toyota begins losing market share. Toyota could then buy a nuclear missile from Russia, send it into space, and then blow up the satellite tracking system used by Google's driverless cars. Then, in response to that, Google would weaponize its cars to attack Toyota plants all across the world. Soon, there will driverless Google submarines that will sit just offshore of Toyota factories and headquarters across the world, which in turn will cause Toyota to acquire more nuclear weaponry with which to attack the driverless Google submarines.

Soon there would be a car manufacturer alliance between all the major manufacturers and the world would be sitting on the knife-edge of nuclear armageddon all because Google invented the driverless cars.

By supporting driverless cars, you're supporting the end of all human civilization.

You gotta think about these things.
