• Welcome to the Internet Infidels Discussion Board.

Gov Scott Walker wishes you a Happy Chanukkah, and 'Molotov!'

Seems a bit creepy and obsessive for these news outlets to be combing through years old letters for mistakes. This letter was written before he became governor, which would've been over 4 years ago at a minimum. Must be a slow news day.

The man seems like he might run for president.

Let's not blame liberals or Democrats for what may be the work of Republicans.

I'm not blaming liberals or Democrats - I'm sure conservatives or Republicians or Fox News and other news outlets would definitely jump on a decade old mistake made by a potential Democrat presidential candidate. It just seems silly to discuss years old mistakes - absolutely no substance to how the person will perform in office. Isn't there enough legitimate stuff to criticize these politicians for?

Were you born yesterday?

This is all we ever get from the corporate owned and run media.

That is why the Republican primaries are freak shows.

No I was born before the US declared war on Japan in '41. :wave2:

Compared to say, France or Italy, it's we get all this from corporate owned and run media.

The republican primaries are freak shows because their base is made up of freaks.

What would it take for one who majored in premed, earned her MD, who as a doctor actually prescribed medicines for genetic disorders to put her hand up when a news jerk asked "Do you believe in creationism"?

My guess. Those who vote in your party demand it as a condition for being a party member or candidate in your party which brings us right back to why we democrats call Walker stupid.

That's like saying I am better fed because I ate more poison.

The media could educate the base or lower itself to the level of the base.

FOX of course is right there at the very base of the base.

But the other corporate media is no help.

It's a symbiosis.

You have the parties and you have the news channels and you have the politicians.

They play their own game and all we are allowed to do is be spectators and pick the better of two evils.

The game is rigged and most people, at least by their actions or lack of actions, believe that.

Why would anyone think that has nothing to do with how a person will perform in office? I grant it is not a big deal, but it does give some insight into Walker.
