Well, when you start from the position that the actual OP is of no concern but rather to be on the opposite side of the person posting is the thing, then the discussion can be about anything so long as the enemy is wrong, wrong, wrong.

You say that like it's a bad thing. I thought lower labor costs were good for businesses?

If your noble cause is trying to help the cheerleaders get more money I would think pursuing a strategy that will result in them getting no money would not be the way to go.

That what they are doing is now is against the law. Because we don't need to sort that out on an internet forum. We have a labor department that covers that already.

Washington Post September 12, 2014). All volunteer squads will not get them the press they need to be right now. The NFL knows this and since they don't find winning internet debates to be the end all be all of existence, I don't see them pushing hard for volunteer squads.

I noticed that your first post was to tell the women suing the NFL to just quit if they don't like it because other women would be happy to take the positions without complaining about the NFL violating labor law.

I don't see anything about suing or labor law in my copy.

The comparisons to exploitative prostitution and slavery are laughable.

That said, since they are paid, and have contractual obligations, it is a labour issue, and minimum wage probably applies. Fine line that is though. If you pay somebody who would have done it for free a little bit of money for the job, does that then require minimum wage? And what constitutes payment for that to apply? If a friends help you move and you buy them beer and pizza, does that count? What if you pay them $20? Do you then owe them minimum wage?

Do you follow American Football? How much reading on the corporate climate of the business have you done? If you haven't investigated on your own, it would just be too involved to get you up to speed.

As well as the woman, as I understand it. There's a lot of attributes you need, such as the ability to get an erection on demand in a crowded room, a low reflex period, and the ability to do pushups all day, so that the camera can actually see something. The woman don't get paid that much, unless they have their own reputation.

Tip: There's plenty of woman who end doing porn, so it can't possibly be exploitative.

There already are pole dancing contests and I'm guessing all contestants do not get paid minimum wage. Yes, shocking, I know.
