The fascist view of government is that if you have the right leader the government takes over everything and they are the ones who need to dictate what people believe. Every solution that unter comes up with is in the form of, "Here is what I believe and that a bigger government is the answer to carry out his beliefs" An anarchist belief for government run health care would not exist. The libertarian belief for health care can run a little larger gambit with no involvement in health care up to government being in charge of health care in only very select circumstances.

Your "solution" is to slap an "anarchy" label on fascism and call it good.

And there's a very good reason there's no direct democracy in the world beyond the town/tribal level. It fails badly.
