The Ust-Luga port looks to be but a scant 40-50km from the Estonian border at its closest point.

The Nazis from WW2 called it Lebensraum, or elbow room. But if you listen to current Russian dogma, they want the Baltics and Ukraine. Finland, Hungary and Poland.
