The US has a cop problem. The US also has cheerleaders for fascism like worthless cunts Charlie Kirk. It's depressing people like Trausti et al value scum like Charlie Kirk.

Could you reference one post, just one, on this forum, where I even mentioned the name Charlie Kirk? If not, shut up.

To get back to Larynzo Johnson, the piece of shit who shot two cops in Louisville during the protests, Antifa and parts of Black Twitter are defending him.

Too close to the bone?

The violent thugs protesters were out in force in Hollywood last night, demanding justice or something;

The protests in Hollywood were part of larger nationwide social justice demonstrations against police violence that were renewed following a Louisville grand jury indicting a fired cop for shooting a wall instead of for the killing of Breonna Taylor.

The overheard footage showed the Prius approaching an intersection and attempting to turn right, which just happened to be mostly blocked by a group of protesters marching peacefully. (LOL !) It was apparent the protesters did not want the car to proceed, but it did. And in doing so, it hit several protesters, prompting others to run up and knock on the car’s windows. The Prius ultimately drove away and cruised to the next street block as the news helicopter continued to record.

That’s when a pickup truck sped up to the Prius, passed it and turned into its path, forcing the Prius to stop. People then got out of the pickup truck and confronted the driver of the Prius, who reversed into another vehicle directly behind it as other protesters — apparently from the earlier collision at the intersection — also approached the car. They all began hitting the car before the Prius’ driver sped off; this time for good.

Watch the video below.

Twatter

Keep in mind when watching this, the mob that tried to Reginald Denny the guy in the Prius would rule over us. The police, which they want to defund, are at present stopping them from doing that.

Indeed, Kamala Harris thinks this sort of thing “is essential to the evolution of the country”.

People defend all sorts of pieces of shit - like the police engage in no-knock warrants at the wrong house and kill an innocent bystander.

Breonna Taylor grand jury recordings released | TheHill
“I’m confident that once the public listens to the recordings, they will see that our team presented a thorough case to the Jefferson County Grand Jury,” Cameron said in a statement Friday. “Our presentation followed the facts and the evidence, and the Grand Jury was given a complete picture of the events surrounding Ms. Taylor’s death on March 13th. While it is unusual for a court to require the release of the recordings from Grand Jury proceedings, we complied with the order, rather than challenging it, so that the full truth can be heard.”

The recordings were supposed to be released Wednesday, but Cameron's office was granted an extension until Friday at noon due to the length of the proceedings.

The released audio totals nearly 20 hours, and a written transcript of the recordings has yet to be released.

KDP: New Interview Shows Cameron Lied Five Times About Breonna Taylor Grand Jury decision

Frankfort, KY— In an interview with Louisville TV station WDRB, Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron is now admitting that his office never presented any charges against two of the officers involved in Breonna Taylor’s death, after initially telling reporters five times last week that the grand jury had made such decisions themselves.

In his press conference announcing the decision last week, Cameron told reporters at least five times that the grand jury made the decision to not indict the other officers in the case, Jonathan Mattingly and Myles Cosgrove, when in fact he never presented such an option to the grand jury.

Now, Cameron is delaying the release of the grand jury recordings.

In light of Cameron’s lies to the family of Breonna Taylor and the public as a whole, the Kentucky Democratic Party is calling on Cameron to release the grand jury recordings to the public as soon as possible, and to apologize for lying to his constituents.

These raids, no knock or announced, should happen between 8 am to 8 pm unless there is time sensitive reason. (I see an objection will be if criminal know 8p-8a is free rein time all big actions like transports and drug deal will happen then. This would not be applicable very often and can be accomodated for normally)

95% of bad stuff comes from there. Groggy guy is not processing info right.

Maybe as part of training these cops should live in a dorm for a couple weeks and be woken up noisily by either home invaders or police and see their own poor reaction times.

Even if cops do everything else right (not the one who fired into window) they can't make up for this initial shit seed.

Louisville SWAT team condemned raid on Breonna Taylor's home as 'just an egregious act'

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Members of the Louisville Metro Police SWAT unit condemned the planning and execution of the March raid on Breonna Taylor’s home, with one saying it was an “egregious act.”

Lt. Dale Massey and other members of LMPD's SWAT team told the Profession Integrity Unit in interviews after Taylor’s death the three officers involved violated a basis rule of policing — identifying your target and what's in the background before you shoot.

Sgt. Brandon Hogan called that "basic academy stuff," according to interviews obtained by The Louisville Courier Journal as part of LMPD's investigative file.

...

Massey told investigators he hadn't received any matrix or operations plan in advance of officers serving the warrant on Taylor's apartment.

Moreover, Massey said he has "never received a matrix from CID that we had to do the warrant on" — suggesting that the LMPD's Criminal Interdiction Division, which investigates a range of crimes from narcotics to gangs to violence-prone areas, regularly fails to comply with department policy.

A SWAT matrix, or risk assessment matrix, is designed to evaluate factors that could create danger during the execution of a search warrant. Department policy calls for such a matrix to be completed before applying for any search warrant.

"I never received (matrices) on the work that they do, only the ones that we do for 'em," Massey said.

The matrix for 3003 Springfield Drive #4, where Taylor was fatally shot, is undated and did not score high enough to require SWAT to serve it or to require a SWAT consultation. It, however, does not include that the warrant for the apartment had a "no-knock" provision.

Looks like that raid on Taylor's apartment was an even bigger screw-up than most people realize.

Sculpture Honoring Breonna Taylor Smashed In Oakland
The artist who sculpted the ceramic bust called the vandalism “an act of racism.” Police are investigating.

A ceramic bust of Breonna Taylor that was installed in downtown Oakland, California, earlier this month was smashed on Saturday.

The sculpture to honor Taylor, the Black 26-year-old health care worker whom Kentucky police killed in March and who became the subject of Black Lives Matter demonstrations nationwide, was apparently struck with something that caused chunks of it to break off.

“Looks like they hit it with a baseball bat along the back,” Leo Carson, the artist who sculpted the bust, told local CBS affiliate KPIX-TV. He said he believes the vandalism was an attack on all those fighting against racism and police brutality.

“I don’t think you attack a sculpture like that by accident,” Carson said. “I think that it was an act of racism and an act of aggression and intimidation.”

It's obviously a bad act, but they really don't know whether it's an act of racism or not.

Also, #BLM/Antifa loves to smash statues of people they don't like, such as Abraham Lincoln or Theodore Roosevelt. So now they are getting upset statues of their favorite people get damaged?

Yeah. You made your bed, now lie in it.

It's amusing to me that you are so eager to reserve judgement on whether THIS vandalism is an act of racism but in the same breath put absolutely no doubt to your claims that the protestors who destroyed the Lincoln and Roosevelt statues were "#BLM/Antifa." They couldn't possibly be anyone other than your favorite whipping boys, Right? They couldn't possibly be Native American activists completely unaffiliated with BLM or Antifa! They couldn't possibly be radical individuals or lone crazies! No! It MUST be BLM or Antifa!

I laugh when I see how transparently you selectively reserve judgement.

You sound like you approve of this vandalism. Why? What did Breonna Taylor do to anyone? Lincoln and Roosevelt did some dirty deeds to Native Americans, but why the hate for Taylor? What reason could ANYONE have to destroy this statue beyond racism? Really... What is the alternative motivation that I am not seeing here?

A lot of these vandalisms happened in places like Portland where Antifa and #BLM have been very active and that doesn't have a large Indian population. So it's a reasonable inference, especially since Antifa/#BLM have proven themselves to be very prone to vandalism and other violence.

I laugh when I see how transparently you selectively reserve judgement.

If the shoe fits, the Antifas should wear it ...

You sound like you approve of this vandalism. Why?
Can't speak for Trausti, but I do not approve of it. But by engaging in anti-statue vandalism for months, Antifas/#BLM have made it appear as a legitimate tactic against those one disagrees with. Especially since local government were usually doing jack shit against the vandals! You can't have it both ways - say that vandalizing statues is fine when these people do it but awful when those other people do it. Same goes for other tactics, like blocking traffic or arson.

Lincoln and Roosevelt have people who disagree with them on some of their policies. That doesn't justify vandalism! They also accomplished a lot, which is why they are honored with statues.

As to reasons beyond racism, I can think of a few. Opposition to the politics of those who put up the statue would be one. Opposition to policies like "defund the police" coming from the Far Left. Stuff like that.

IIRC there was a SWAT team that arrived after Taylor was shot, it had served a related warrant or something like that. In the videos, I seem to recall the SWAT members are commenting on how messed up everything is as it is happening.

Internal Investigation Confirms Officer Lied to Obtain Warrant that Killed Breonna Taylor

Louisville Metro Police Department intends to fire the detective responsible for obtaining the search warrant which resulted in Breonna Taylor’s death at the hands of police.

According to a letter sent to Detective Joshua Jaynes by Louisville Chief of Police Yvette Gentry, an internal investigation confirmed that Jaynes lied in order to obtain the search warrant. The investigation also found that Jaynes also failed to complete a Search Warrant Operations Plan form before the warrant was executed.

In order to obtain the warrant, Jaynes signed an affidavit stating that he had verified that Jamarcus Glover had been receiving packages at Breonna Taylor’s address through a U.S. postal inspector. Those statements were false – Jaynes had instead received that information through another officer, Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly. Mattingly had in turn received the information through a police officer on the nearby Shively, KY police force. There was no evidence that the information had ever been verified through a U.S. Postal Inspector.

Perjury is a felony, isn't it? Can we call this felony murder?

Since there is no evidence the sculptor is #blm or Antifa, just whose bed are you babbling about?
