One would also think that before anyone was described as a superpredator, they would have to be shown to meet the criteria. We have insufficient information regarding the 13 year old's conscience and empathy to reach that conclusion. And we have evidence he was in the company of a 19 year old when the crime was committed, that the 19 year old is also a suspect in the crime, and is facing additional charges.

We will have to wait to see if either of those teenagers is found guilty, and if so, who is found most culpable for which parts of the crimes. And we'll have to see if the 13 year old expresses remorse. I expect racists and online trolls won't have the patience to wait that long. I think they'll latch onto the 'superpredator' narrative like ticks on a dog, and just run with it.

"Super predator" was specifically referring to gang members, not African-Americans or African-American youths. From the transcript (emphasis mine):

As with just about everything Hillary Clinton ever says on camera, disingenuous ass-wipes take it completely out of context and then use it against her. This is a perfect example and one of the first that still persists to this day, which proves how successful the tactic and how deliberately disingenuous the wipers of ass.
