If you didn't soak up the Clinton apologetics like a sponge you would have already learned something is not confidential because it's marked confidential, something is supposed to be marked confidential when it is confidential.

The 2000 confidential emails found on her server were not properly marked. They were confidential and should have been marked. They did not suddenly become confidential when they were reviewed and marked.

She has traded on this Clintonian irrelevant half-truth long enough.

It has already been determine that she had 2000+ confidential emails on her server. This is a simple fact. The FBI is investigating how they got there, and perhaps how they came to be unmarked. As it is also a crime to remove confidential markings. Like the OP email seems to indicate she was encouraging.
