Infinity War trailer

I can. The cool thing about Marvel movies is that they've nailed the formula down to a T and you know exactly what you'll get. The downside is that you know exactly what you'll get.

I'm looking forward to it.

I just hope we get cameos from some of the TV shows. I would dearly love to watch Jessica Jones throw Luke Cage at one of Thanos' lieutenants (black something? I forget what they're called).

Have they? The second and third Ironman movies had flaws. The firs and second Thors had some issues. Captain America continues to grow in quality. The First Avengers was Hall of Fame worthy, and I liked the second one, but many had reservations. Antman was better than I could have ever hoped. The latest Thor was much better (allegedly... I still haven't seen it) and Guardians of the Galaxy has been very good. All you are certain is that the film won't likely suck like a DC Comic film will.

MARTHAAAAAAAA!!!!!

And I seriously can't wait... will have to as I lack the hacking skills. ;)

It's going to be awesome.

They are the Black Order. Proxima Midnight appears briefly in the trailer, hurling a spear at Black Widow, and it is likely Corvus Glaive's, uh... glaive that is shown attempting to pry the Mind Stone from Vision's head. Marvel's Netflix and MCU properties are being kept apart deliberately, except for occasional references to the MCU in the Netflix shows. None of those actors will be appearing in the MCU for the foreseeable future. That may change, however, if Disney decides to pull those properties away from Netflix. I would think it would go the other direction, however, with a character or two from the MCU appearing in the TV series, like they have done with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The Marvel movies are not quite a formulaic as you seem to think. The Iron Man movies had a different tone from the Captain America movies, which had a different tone from each other, as well the Thor movies, the first two of which had a different tone from Guardians of the Galaxy movies (though the third Thor movie did emulate GotG), and Ant Man went in a different direction from all of them. The Avengers movies are the glue of the MCU, so they do try to straddle the line between all of the other MCU titles. Then there is Deadpool, which is kind of it's own thing, but radically different from anything else from Marvel Studios. That said, expect a big swerve after Avengers 3 & 4 (Infinity War 1 & 2). Several of the current top billed Avengers will be leaving the franchise, and new Avengers will be added to the roster. There is some speculation that Ant Man and the Wasp will lay the groundwork for that change, and that GotG 3 will kick it into high gear. Captain Marvel may play into that as well, though it is set before Captain America gets thawed out, so I am not sure how much it will play into the upcoming changes, other than making Carol Danvers available to become an Avenger.

They aren't quite as formulaic as some people say, but it is more formulaic than I would like. Hopefully, they learned from Guardians that they can take more liberties with the formula than they think. Since Guardians, there has been a market effort to get more silly (example: Thor Ragnarok), but Black Panther will force them to go in the opposite direction because that will not sit well with African-American fans, who are currently salivating over that BP movie.
