I doubt it, but it's probably pretty close. According to that chart, the lowest response in the US is 46-36%, and the US Average is 56% - so the lowest in the US is, taking the smallest end of the range, about 64% of the average.
The differing methodology and date of the 2012 Gallup International Religiosity index give a US average of 60%, which would, assuming a similar proportionality between average and minimum, give a US minimum of 38.5%, which is slightly higher than Australia and France on 37%. Bear in mind that this was five years ago, and that at that time, France was amongst the nations with the fastest rate of decline in religiosity.
It's all well within the margins of uncertainty though; Different surveys get different results even if conducted simultaneously.
Looking at that map, it seems to me that you missed a trick with your Civil War - You should have made the losing side give up their Bibles as well as their slaves.
