Some other female politicians have worn similar shoes, at least while campaigning, like Elizabeth Warren. But it is common for female politicians to wear high heels, as Nancy Pelosi does.

Well, it is nice to see women are held to the same standards as men. I mean, yes, we've noticed Trump's shoes due to his Tower of Pisa batter, but JFCoaS! It is incredible how fucking far we haven't come.

I completely agree. Chucks are trash. I think the only reason I could imagine for adults to wear them is to show off an impractical "Bohemian" style.

They've been around for a while. When I was a kid that was the athletic shoe to have. They were expensive compared to other shoes.

Not sure what kid of cheaped-down crap they've become. I found them extremely comfortable as a kid but haven't worn them in 50 years. Converse were comfortable and rugged in their day.

When you are a 40kg kid, everything is comfortable. But when you are 80kg adult, not so much.

Fact is I bought my first pair when I was in 9th grade. I was 5' 11" tall and weighed 180 pounds. I'm just about the same today, but you are correct, the joints aren't as supple and the bones are more brittle.

I should try on a pair of those stilleto heels that the Trumpo women prance around in. Those are the CFM (Come Fuck Me) line of footwear.

And Kamala Harris is hawt!

What an extremely weird photo. I mean whenever a politician or wife of a Hollywood celebrity visits the troops for a photo op, they usually get a photo WITH THE TROOPS. She's sitting there by herself doing a photo. What a culture of narcissism she participates in.

Imagine if Hillary Clinton showed up in Iraq with combat boots and did a photo shoot sitting by herself. Imagine all the people making threads over that here and the DEATH THREATS and claims of a socialist takeover. "Never forget!!!111! Operation Jade Helm!1"
