Liquid democracy?

Where democracy needs to become a part of everyday life is at the workplace.

Dictatorship in the workplace is a primitive concept.

Rational conflict is the best way in that people can discuss and thrash out issues to arrive at a better solution. The best corporations I knew didn't quite reach this but individuals who perform specific tasks were consulted even on issues such as photocopying and distribution. Efficiency is generated not only through better management but through input from those who perform such tasks.

Unfortunately many of our middle managers only understand the cost of the staff but not the value of their performance.

Blah blah blah.

There are always difficulties in any human endeavor.

Setting up petty dictatorships where a few live as parasites off the many (modern capitalism) is difficult.

I know.

I don't think that anarchists are interested in rational conflict and/or arriving at a better solution.

For you to think otherwise might cause damage to old worn circuits.
