it already offends me. once i was standing in line outside a hiphop club - the lightest skin in sight. this little hipster mama was going down the line promoting some show, handing out flyers, etc. it was like she couldn't focus her eyes on me or something. eventually i spoke up, "yo, i'm white, not transparent. got a laugh and free pass, though
