SAN JUAN, PR -- The people of the US territory Puerto Rico were in the streets celebrating President Trump, or better known as "el Mesías" to the Puerto Ricans. The citizens feared the worst as Tropical Storm Dorian advanced towards their island which is still recovering from a devastating double shot two years ago. With winds and rains forecasted from a category 1 hurricane to impact the territory, The Chosen One proclaimed for the storm to avoid the territory, which then immediately veered to the north and east of the island, greatly reducing damage from storm surge, precipitation, and wind.
Representatives of the National Hurricane Center (NHC) noted they'd consider what happened a "miracle", but because it was President Trump, they felt it was simply an "inevitable act of charity" from The Chosen One. "Puerto Rico never had anything to fear," noted Don Strakovsky, a veteran meterologist at the NHC.
Currently the models indicate that Hurricane Dorian will likely be a Category 3 to 5 storm by the time it reaches the southeast US coast. However, there remains room for hope, as the forecasts indicate at the end "...only if President Trump wills it."
