Kill the only real watchdog of big business abusing the consumer. Combine that with their attempts to kill off class action lawsuits and for practical purposes big business would be free to engage in any abuse they want that's not enough to make it worthwhile to file an individual lawsuit (and even more so if it's their own customer with a binding arbitration agreement. Then you can do most anything.)

I'm surprised to hear you take this stance. What is gained by allowing dirty commoners to file lawsuits against their betters? If large corporations can't abuse citizens to make more money, then we are all less free. If members of the aristocracy are less free, then we are all less free because rich people and large corporations are all that matters.

If you think dirty commoners also matter, them you are an elitist.
