Don't know. I would think not but I, like others, were surprised prisoners were required to get their own FH products.

Why? Men are required to get their own soap and shampoo and razors for shaving. Not saying it is right or anything, but given the nation's move to make prisoners pay for as much as possible for the costs of their incarceration, this seems a welcome move in the opposite direction.
