Mueller Smeared With Attempted False Sexual Misconduct Accusations

Even imaginary women must be believed. </feminist>

Yes, but not in the way you meant it. All such reports should be investigated, not pre-judged or dismissed out of hand.

Now it's we must investigate, not pre-judge (like calling a claimant a victim) and not dismiss out of hand?

Hilariously, that's what I have been saying all along. What happened to "We must believe the victim"? Or "Believe Women"? Will the slogan now become "Believe the accused?"

Wait a sec,,, there was no victim...did I miss something???

Hi John. You missed nothing. The only victim here is the man they set out to frame. I was referring to a hypothetical in which a woman did make the allegation they prompted her to make, or if one actually brought a legit claim. I did so because of earlier threads we have had here.

Yes, but not in the way you meant it.
I meant it as a parody of radical feminists who demand women must automatically be believed.

All such reports should be investigated, not pre-judged or dismissed out of hand.
I agree they should be investigated, and not pre-judged. That includes not prejudging them to be true either.

What do you mean "Now it's we must investigate"? It always was. Posters here have been very consistent on this point. Seriously, Jolly, are you just now getting it?

Hilariously, you insist on giving the phrase the stupidest interpretation possible and ignoring what people who actually use the phrase mean by it:

Believe the victim is truthfully reporting what they genuinely believe happened.

Do not disbelieve them for no good reason.

Do not fail to diligently and conscientiously investigate their report.

Do not prejudge the outcome.

Of course.

Can a mod please remove all of these rape apologist derails? They have nothing to do with the topic. Thanks.

....

In a video posted to Facebook, Burkman claimed Mueller “has a whole lifetime history of harassing women.”

You can watch that video below:

One wonders how much of this crap from Burkman will turn out to be made up crap from him and his accomplices. It is rank character assassination with an agenda. Once unleashed, such lies will probably be spread in the same manner as the Pizzagate crap. Faux and friends will keep it alive with the rhetorical loaded questions game. How long until Cheato echos that.

I think that the best choice is to believe whichever person's story best serves our own myopic and partisan political agenda, regardless of whether or not that person is real.

So, if Mueller is so innocent in this one, why is he hiding behind his deep state buddies in the FBI rather than providing definitive evidence that he didn't rape this imaginary woman?

It makes sense now why the right wing thinks the dems (and Soros, don't forget him!) is simultaneously in charge of a worldwide conspiracy, but so rankly incompetent at it that everyone knows about it and they still don't control anything.

It's pure psychological projection. These people really are evil, and mostly incompetent. :/

Reminds me of people who thought George W. Bush did 9/11.

Sounds to me like he's giving Mueller a right fine defamation lawsuit against Burkman. I think Mueller could have a quite nice retirement fund out of the settlement.

Baloney! Burkman hasn't got any money. Sure he could have his miserable wages garnished to pay off Mueller, but how much money can you earn working for Burger King? No, what is needed is a nice long prison sentence. Head on a pike principle. Make future dirty tricksters think hard about a clumsy stunt that will send you to the Dinduville Federal Prison for 10 years. Make an example of all the little bastards involved with this scheme. And court orders to stay away from computers, and politics the rest of his miserable life.

In an exclusive interview with HillReporter, alleged Mueller rape accuser Carolyne Cass opens up and tells us that she does not know if Mueller was actually the person who raped her and that both Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman published and shared, against her will, ‘inaccurate‘ statements during a November 1st press conference. Cass, who doesn’t deny being raped during the time period that Wohl and Burkman claimed, admits multiple errors in the published accusation document and doesn’t recall if she ever personally signed the report. In fact, Cass was assured by Burkman and Wohl that the document would “never be released.” Here’s her story.

Investigate everyone.

Those who have nothing to hide should welcome an investigation, into anything.

Yes, that's right. They demand no investigation of BK because there must be no noise during election. Then President Twitler McCrazyPants speaks at his rallies using your taxpayer money to attack media and Democrats. Then they engage in all kinds of other election tactics like blame game for the Nazi shooting up the synagogue. Now in their latest attempt they tried to hire women to accuse Bob Mueller of impropriety while they had already implicitly demanded nothing come out of the investigation before the midterms. This way they could make it go away both temporarily and then permanently.

Mueller Asks FBI to Probe If Women Were Offered Money to Make False Claims About Him

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has asked the FBI to investigate allegations that “women were offered money to make false claims” about him, according to his spokesman.

“We immediately referred the matter to the FBI,” Peter Carr said in a statement Tuesday.

A series of emails sent to a Bloomberg News reporter this month included allegations that a woman was approached and offered money to falsely accuse Mueller of sexual misconduct.

Maybe this should be investigated.

We need many additional investigations. Haven't there been investigations of some of the Brett Kavanaugh accusers, who may have lied.

There should be thousands of investigations. Of most or all the senators and House members, e.g., most of whom are accused of something. Also all the members of the President's Cabinet should be investigated. Also the Federal Reserve Directors and Chairman.

Some high officials should automatically be investigated, no matter what, just as part of the requirement for them to hold their office.

These should be Grand Jury investigations, without needing judges or lawyers as part of the proceedings, so the cost can be kept down. These juries should have subpoena power, and some power to initiate prosecution, or impose penalties on those found guilty of corruption.

Not sure if you are serious here. But if you are, all these investigations would cost an incredibile amount of money and detract from the government getting anything at all done. Not to mention that no one wants to be investigated, not even the innocent people. Simply because an innocent person can be found guilty of a crime given enough corruption in the process.

Funny then that it never happened to Hillary in over thirty years of such constantly corrupt process and with every single Republican to have existed during those years spending millions upon millions of taxpayer and private money to desperately find her guilty of anything--a fucking parking ticket--and never once being able to do it.

All accusations of any kind, against those in power, should be investigated.

No they wouldn't. The investigators need not be those getting the things done. Recruit volunteers to serve on grand juries to do the investigations. They needn't be paid much. Maybe nothing.

Not to mention that no one wants to be investigated, not even the innocent people.

Anyone not wanting to be investigated should not serve in government. The investigations should be instituted as the norm for ALL serving in high places of power. Innocent or guilty, all should welcome investigations into anything being charged by anyone.

Simply because an innocent person can be found guilty of a crime given enough corruption in the process.

That's not the norm.

Just because the truth-finding process can never be perfect doesn't mean there should be no process or truth-finding investigations. By that reasoning, all courts should be abolished, and there should never be any investigations of anything, nor any crimes ever prosecuted.

There's a need for the investigations to determine the truth when accusations are made.
