Whether Bob "is" a woman is a secondary (totally irrelevant issue in terms of how you should interact with Bob) that I leave to the philosophers and dictionary writers. I can only remind you that if you operate under a definition of "woman" that causes you to question Bob's womanhood after he has identified as a woman, you're a bigot.

Whether or not somebody is a bigot is just as floating as whether or not they're a woman. It's also philosophy.
