Newsmax getting dropped by Directv - GOP Angry

Conservatives do have a general point.

Mainstream media does not give much air time to conservative issues. Controlling spending. Fiscal responsibility.
No--those are no longer conservative issues. Conservatives talk about fiscal responsibility and controlling spending but that's just a cover for tax cuts for the rich. They do not practice fiscal responsibility, why should the press talk about what doesn't happen?
Most consecutive issues are framed as racists.
They tend to be these days.

I used to listen tp both conservative and progressive radio. Buy gold commercials appeared on both. Fr every Rush Limbaugh there was a progressive counterpart.

One progressive radio figure got suspended because of his repeated calling conservatives Nazis.

I never watched or listened to Newsmax, but I think there is plenty of craziness on both sides.

There is no balance anywhere in the media.
Progressive radio simply didn't have the audience. Radio is mostly for drive time and for those working in jobs that don't require much thought so they can actually listen to the radio. Drive time radio has often been replaced with podcasts/audio books.

You can tell a lot about something by looking at the ads. Buy gold ads aren't aimed at the educated!

Right wing radio audiences tend to be elderly. So you get a lot of retirees with nothing to do all day. They sit on their couches listening to Faux or some other right wing station.

So the GOP wants to eliminate the IRS and income tax and have a 30% sales tax on everything. Slash SS. Medicare et al. And on and on with crazed ideas that stand no chance of passing in the Senate or not getting vetoed by Biden. What then is the point of all of this madness? Average Americans will hate all of this. Do these morons think these ideas will be so popular that by offering such garbage they will take the presidency, House and Senate? Has the GOP reached peak Idiocracy?
They want to put the entire burden of support of society on the consumer market and plug up every pesky leak to their profits.

Never mind that the whole point of taxes is to isolate excessive productivity and vanish it, and to reduce the burden on inflow to the economy in the form of public works and infrastructural answers to systemic problems, and that this directs taxes away from the systems that have excessive productivity in the form of profits, rather than taking more from the buyer in the seller's own market.
