I had not seen it before yesterday. This is an example of the right behavior and the proper assessment of a situation, which is essential for a good cop.

As much as I like cats, that was a pretty dumb thing to do. Lucky he didn't cause a massive pileup and killed some people. I read stories all the time around here about people who stop on a busy highway to be a good Samaritan and end up getting themselves and others killed.

It does seem odd that not one vehicle comes up on his bumper while he's stopped. Even after he resumes driving again, there's no one behind him honking and trying to cut around him.
