McCord, a 43-year-old real estate agent from Jonesboro, and Hill were alone inside a home on Britt Trail Drive when she was shot in the stomach. Hill called 911 to report the shooting, saying he and McCord were practicing “police tactics” when she was shot, police said.

McCord has corroborated Hill’s statements to investigators.

No, the reason is this incredible double standard built upon the ridiculous dogma of "only whites can be racist". Third, as far as double standards, we are always hearing "innocent until proven guilty," like in the Zimmerman case from you, in particular, but also some others. Now, this guy is indicted, and there is no "innocent until proven guilty," just the same kind of nasty commentary from you that you direct toward victims of police brutality and Trayvon Martin and women.
