I would like to be the defense attorney who gets to go into court for a case where the crime was committed by a person in a disguise and the police disguised my client in order to get a witness ID. It will be a very short trial, whether he did it or not.
Because people would be more likely to finger the guy with criminal-looking tattoos. We've seen this more than once when the accused have their tattoos covered up at trial. Obviously, applying it in a lineup makes no sense. I strongly suspect a SJW was involved in this stupidity.
