Important Reminder from the Mod Team: Reporting TOU Violations Hello Community,
To enhance the efficiency of our moderation and maintain the quality of discussions, we're introducing a small but necessary change to how you report posts.
When Reporting a Violation:
- Specify the Rule: Clearly indicate which specific TOU rule is being violated. Example: "Reported for personal insult" or "Reported for graphic violence." This will help you avoid reporting things that are not violations.
- Avoid Reposting Offensive Content: If you're reporting a post, please don't also reply to it with the offending content. Let's not amplify what we're trying to moderate, and create extra clean-up in the process.
- Familiarize yourself with the Terms of Use (TOU).
- Use the "Report" button at the bottom of any post to request mod action.
- You can also use this to request deletion of dupes and critical edits that you need after edit deadline expires
- Your posts and account may be affected if you violate the TOU.
