Scientific verification of Eucharistic miracle in Sokolka, Poland?

So, the Catholic Church was completely wrong all along about the Eucharist? Remember: only the substance changes (hence transsubstantiation), the accidents - i.e. anything physically evaluable - stays a cracker. I wonder why the local liar-in-chief a.k.a. bishop keeps silent about this, seeing how it's heresy and should be purged.
