It does not seem plausible that what the cop did in that video caused that bruising. In my view, that sort of thing (i.e., her rush to be a victim of police brutality in the OWS media) makes her a less credible defendant and may have something to do with why she got convicted. She comes off as a rabid cop-hating activist, not a victim, so it's less of a surprise she whacked a cop.

Yes, I agree. This is why I said that if she hadn't conducted herself as a rabid cop-hating activist she may have gotten off. In the video cop does appear to have placed his arm in the vicinity of her boobular area.

I think it would be hard to subdue a woman from behind without the woman typically having some sort of forceful action regardless what you touch. Men would probably be near equally alarmed (though possibly a little hopeful).
