As usual, you are wrong. It would be privilege if a) it is substantial - a "fuck you" nominal award is not - and b) available because of one's skin color.In the news today, a black family got $4 because police shot and killed the father. They had responded to a noise complaint. Black guy opened his garage door of his own home with a gun, maybe in his pocket, maybe not. Police shot him, killing him. According to the logic of some receiving the $4 is black privilege because it's relative.
The award of $37 million to family of Korryn Gaines who threatened police with a shotgun is a much better example. The amount of the award gives the family a great deal of privilege and the jury would not have done it if it was a white "sovereign citizen" threatening police with a shotgun.
So only the alleged restitutions you cherry-pick are black privilege.
