Taiwan Sightseeing

Planning a trip to Taiwan for work and decided to add a couple of days to enjoy the sights.

Thinking of Sun Moon Lake, it looks kind of nice.
But maybe there is something better?

Taipei itself is worth wandering around a bit. They have animated walk signals at street corners, diagonal cross walks, and little arcades everywhere with nothing but the claw game.
