I think it is pretty cool that Disney sponsored that

I know a lot of these emotive, shock-em-straight PSA's are deliberately designed to cut through apathy, and get us to stop doing bad thing "X" or start doing good thing "Y". But a lot of them simply arouse in me an emotion called anger - anger at people who leave kids in hot cars, people who are cruel to animals, anger at bullies...

I don't think that's what these ads are intended to do.
