Melania and the other snowflakes outraged over this are way too sensitive. The joke wasn't at Barron's expense at all. It merely acknowledges that Donald Trump has a son named Barron. The joke clearly only targets Trump and his mistaken and foolish presumption that he "can do anything."

Gwyneth Paltrow has a child named Apple. One might joke that she was hoping for a child who would not fall far from her "tree." Or maybe that Paltrow has a crippling fear of doctors and was hoping to keep them eternally away from her child. The joke uses a fact to draw attention to the behavior of the target of the joke. The fact is not in question and mentioning the fact isn't anything anyone should be ashamed of.
