Wow! The document almost reads like a parody of worse-than-useless workers both inside and outside government. But I guess it really is what it purports to be.

However I'm not sure if the surge in reading the document is by anti-fascists hoping to slow down Trump's agenda; Or instead is being perused by MAGA moles already in place who want to help Trump sabotage the federal government. Some of the suggestions resemble sabotage methods that Republican lawmakers have deliberately pursued since the time of Reagan.
