The real explanation of the high black murder rate

One only needs to look at other African Nations and wonder, hmm, how did they get from having intriguing amounts of wealth prior to the 1800's and then magically poor as shit after the 1800's? You'd see the same people involved in that odd discrepancy is involved in this high crime rate amongst African Americans discrepancy.

There is no doubt that American black culture and psyche were damaged. It is not the same as immigrants who came in with a strong ethic culture.

Probably--but that's not something that can be cured by antidiscrimination measures.

How do you know that?

1) How are antidiscrimination measures even supposed to help?

2) The actual effect of "antidiscrimination" measures are to favor blacks that would have made it anyway while providing almost no benefit to the ones that wouldn't have.

If you want to solve the problem you have to actually address the problem. Quit looking for your keys around the streetlight!

1. Regrdles of race kids from families with adequate money performed the same, black or white.

I do agree with this part--it's clearly socioeconomic in some fashion.
