I present to you, the owner of Free Republic! Mr. Jim Robinson!

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3458729/posts

Trump is guilty of beating the pants off a dozen or more globalist GOPe RINOS, plus two or three conservatives who couldn't quite muster up against his high energy levels during the primaries. And he did it on a shoestring budget with no big donors or PACS and no massive advertising campaigns. Just raw non P/C guts and talent and local rallies daily. He also took the media and professional pundit class head-on and defeated or derailed their every attack. And by running on the most conservative pro-America, pro-freedom platform since the days of Ronald Reagan.

And for this dastardly crime, the stuck-on-stupid GOPe has decided to punish America by withholding their support and sometimes even campaigning against their own party's candidate (stabbing their constituents and voters in the back) and allowing the most corrupt America-hating commie candidate in history, Hillary Clinton, to waltz into the White House where she will appoint godless America-hating activist judges and other high level government offices where they will continue the wholesale destruction of our constitutional freedoms, our Judeo-Christian society, our military, our borders, our economic freedom and our very existence as a free nation.

This is betrayal if not flat out treason.

This is nonsense.

This is stupidity on steroids.

Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do.

Like Buckley, this makes conservatives want to stand athwart history, yelling STOP!!

Pray the members of the Grand Old Party recover from their collective butthurt and come to their senses soon.

And pray that God has not abandoned America.

Pray that there are enough good people left in America that we can defeat the godless socialist party and the RINOs, elect Donald Trump, hold on to our congressional majorities, and begin turning this great country around.

God bless.

I may have to vote for Hillary just so I can see these guys go:

Stein.

Still am planning on it. My OP just said things like that make me tempted to change over to Hillary.

Wow. Someone actually owns Free Republic? I thought it was just a collective of anarcho-capitalist monkeys flinging their poo at each other.

What State do you live in?

In some a vote for Stein is meaningless and in some it is not.

We saw in Florida in 2000 how not voting for one of the "2 Party" candidates can effect the outcome.

A vote for Stein is a vote not for Hillary and not for Trump.

So in the matter of Hillary v. Trump it is equivalent to staying home.

Oh well.

Not sure how I vote down ticket if I stay home though.

On youtube, hit share and copy the link that pops up.

Back here, [*YOUTUBE]place your link here[/YOUTUBE*] without the asterisks.

There's also an icon that looks like an old film strip, that will open a window where you can paste your link. It says "insert video clip" at the top of the window that opens if you've clicked on the right icon.

Depends on who is running and who you would vote for.

But in the contest of Hillary v The Donald there are many who will decide the matter.

I'd rather negate some racist voting for Trump than stay home.

Yea, sometimes we vote for the lessor of two evils in order to prevent more evil in the world. I was pissed off that Gore lost. We lost a great champion of the environment. But I didn't bitch too much about the Nader voters. Bush turned out to be far worse that I had imagined. But I think that Trump will be 10 times worse.

It would be insanity to bitch about the Nader voters as some do.

A Nader vote did not negate one Gore vote. It did not add to Bush.

It was no different from not voting at all.

To bitch about the small amount of people who voted for Nader and not focus on the people who stayed home because Gore did not speak to them or attract them is insanity.

Gore ran a terrible campaign. No doubt about it. I think that he probably focused too much on the environment (an issue that I care about). Exit polls showed that Nader voters in Florida would have voted for gore 40% of the time, Bush 20% of the time, stayed home the remaining 40%. So, 40% of Nader voters in Florida would have voted for Gore. That's more than 40,000 votes. Gore only lost Florida by 253 votes. We can't afford the same with Trump. Sure, the increase of third party candidates increases overall voter turnout and helps dems. But we'll be in worse shape if dems take congress and Trump takes the white house.

Something in my brain told me that Gore won the debates and I began to think that he'd slam Bush in the polls, but then the news media told everyone how Bush was a cowboy who you could sit down and have a beer with. Thank the lord above that we have good journalists in our land of the free to set people straight. God looks out for our country because we are the best, just like he helps football teams win their games when players pray to him. Even Hillary Clinton still believes in American Exceptionalism.

Two words: Citizen United. That was one major change that occurred because who got to sit in the White House in January 2001.

The "irony", voting for a bought off candidate in order to help limit how badly candidates can be bought off in the future.

Bonus two words, Hobby Lobby. Corporations are entities on paper, not people.

Change starts at the Supreme Court in the United States. Yes, Clinton sucks ass. She is not the candidate we want or need. But sure as fuck, SCOTUS and the US is seriously fucked if Trump were to somehow win. He won't, but we also need to try and crush the Republicans in the House.

Hell, don't even vote for Clinton

*subliminal message* VOTE FOR HILLARY!!!

(*Jimmy Higgins only temporarily endorses this strategy in this one situation*), but vote for the House and Senate!

Actually, that number may be just over 1000. W led in Florida by several different counts.

The Dems can't possibly take the House and Trump wins.

You are probably right. But the argument being used by third party people is that a vote for Stein/Johnson will hurt evil Hillary, but will lead to additional votes for down party dems. It will increase voter turn out.

And that is bullshit. *choir sings*

People voted for Nader, and the candidates for the Democrats only got more conservative since 2000. Hillary Clinton for fuck sakes!
