Trial for the Waukesha parade vehicular attack

Trial started a few weeks ago. The "alleged defendant" (as the defendant likes to say) has been representing himself, and he has turned this into the shittiest shit show that ever shitted, by constant attempts to disrupt, delay and game the proceedings. During witness testimony, he will object to every question with random irrelevant grounds. He'll trot out sovereign citizen type of defenses. He'll claim the state can't be the plaintiff because it's not a person, ask for proof the judge has a law degree, say that they don't have jurisdiction, that he can keep talking as much as he wants because of the First Amendment. And he will repeat these same arguments everyday. He will yell at and constantly argue with the judge's rulings, telling her she can't do what she does do. The judge has probably let him get away with more than she needs to, but is trying to make sure there is nothing appealable. He had to be removed from the courtroom the very first day - they move him to an adjacent room with audio and video so he can still participate, but can be muted. And they have now finally made it to the end of this open and shut case, days longer than it needed to be. Closing arguments should start tomorrow.
