Let's hope this brings about exports from the US to Russia, peace talks about Ukraine and the Russians continue to hopefully close out the war in Syria.

We need an independent organization that is charged with investigating misconduct by Congress and the President. Constitutionally mandate their budget (as a % of GNP or a % of the federal budget) and make sure they aren't of the same party as is in power. Or perhaps it operates as multiple semi-independent organizations. Republicans hold 60% of the seats? The Democrat-aligned investigators get 60% of the budget.
