Trump the madman on Rob Reiner

Is that tweet authentic?
YES. It's being covered in MSM.

I see why you asked now. I did not supply a link because the media button does not accept truth social. Here is a direct link:

The problem with the country is that the president is dumber than Reiner's father in law in the 70s sitcom All In The Family. At least Archie Bunker, over time in both All In The Family and Archie Bunker' Place could grow somewhat beyond his prejudices and ignorance. Trump is just an idiot. Even Archie would think he is whack.

There are now at least 5 GOP House members and numerous 'conservative' commentators (whatever the hell that label means anymore) who have slammed Trump for his inexcusable and mean-spirited post. I suppose that's a good sign, and says something about how lame this fat old duck is. But -- to these folks: you could have spoken up when he slandered John McCain on his service record...reporter Serge Kovaleski...the Georgia poll workers...reporter Jamal Khashoggi...Mike Pence...Liz Cheney...Gov. Walz...Pres. Obama....Pres. Biden...the 6 Democrat lawmakers....If any President in our history has been fully sustained by his party, by right wing media, by SCOTUS, it's this shameful, pathetic, dirty-mouthed bully.

I loved that show when it was first run and second run. I was thinking about whether to watch it again even before Rob Reiner was killed but having watched that first episode clip above I don't know if I could stand Archie even knowing that Carol O'Connor was a strong liberal. Too much like MAGAs. Remind me too much of our own problems. I prefer escapes in my TV shows.

I asked because to my eyes, I couldn’t believe anyone would be so nasty and tasteless. But Trump falls to the occasion.

Many things he does are shocking. Think about J6, for example. It could be hard to imagine he would sit and wait to see if the insurrectionists were successful before calling them heroes and telling them to go home. Or then to pardon them eventually.

One interesting thing there is that he is unafraid to take extreme hateful positions on things and he drags his party of faithfuls along with him. Just like his claims about the Big Lie: election rigging. The majority of his party thought it was absurd. But eventually he flipped them. Now the majority thinks Trump actually won in 2020. He's using taxpayer money to try to prove his case probably very, very fraudulently.

In any case, as this applies to Rob Reiner, Trump is sticking to his guns. He actually has a lot of social media support. It's beginning with quotemines and other things that Rob Reiner has said or perhaps not even said. This is used to attack him and then agree with Trump. It's some die-hard loyalists and extremists now, but it is spreading. Laura Loomer is one. A lot of other influencers, too...

So, the majority of the party may eventually all agree with Trump's hateful crazy words.

Personally, I think his post shows the kind of mental instability that disqualifies someone from the Presidency. But then so does a lot of other things he has done.

One theory about Trump's post is that he thought the Reiners were killed by a MAGAt, not their own child.
