Yes, this is exactly the type of misuse of the term I have been trying to point out has been in practice too much lately.

As has been noted, you and Loren are the only two posters who have been seen to misuse the term in this manner. If you feel this is incorrect, please provide a link and quote to another poster who has said that accusing a victim of lying, or of incorrectly identifying their attacker, is victim blaming.
