Reading through this thread seems like a "who's who of people trapped in the 20th century"

So, I get not wanting to be a part of some social platform because it is a fairly toxic environment. That's perfectly understandable! After all, I quit from Twitter myself over that toxicity. There is no space for nuanced discussion, there is a culture of rampant blocking and filter bubbles, not to mention how the owners of the platform give you no choice to disable annoying shit you don't want or care about (suggested tweets, follow these people, what you may have missed, removing strict chronological sorting, automatic refreshes that pull you away from browsing your unrefreshed timeline...)

I get all that. I do.

But seriously, criticizing them over how they reference the message format?
