U.S. Tax payers Paid More For Israel's Defense Budget Than Israelis

Actually, the question was, are the numbers correct, even if they are presented by a "well known rabid antisemite." So far, I haven't seen anyone dispute the figures.
The point is not the numbers, since other countries receive substantial military assistance. For theses antisemites it is ok for Slavs and Arabs to get US military assistance, but somehow unacceptable when it's the Joos.
What also needs to be considered is that most of this military assistance is used to purchase US-made weapon systems.
So the money comes back.

The aid to Egypt is mostly to help them keep the muslim brotherhood down and the country in good terms with Israel, so that's basically aid to Israel as well.
Egypt wants to defend themselves form MB crazies regardless of Israel. And it's not only MB. ISIS is also active in the Sinai for example, and in the Libyan desert (Egypt's western flank).

Mintpress? Really? That's an anti-Israel rag ran by a pro-Assad, pro-Iran antisemite by the name of Mnar Muhawesh. The author, Alison Weir, is a well known rabid antisemite.

Does this mean the quoted figures are inaccurate?

In an age when European countries are being pressured to pay "their share" of defense costs, is there a problem with expecting any other nation to do the same?

It took me all of 30 seconds to find the article is pretty much pants-on-fire.

It also omits an important aspect of it--that US aid is required to be spent on US military equipment. There is a major pork component to it.
