I told this story again in the OK bomber thread. Thom Hartmann was a member of SDS. They had one guy in the group whom always wanted to start violent protests. The rest of the group disagreed. Turned out he was a state police plant.

Sure. Yanukovich is a man behind protests demanding him out. That makes perfect sense.

Russia can't take much credit for that, credit goes to the current ukrainian government.

Oh, totally agree. Russia had nothing to do about it. I mean it probably didn't help sending in Russian troops (little green men) and arming the separatists.

That happened way after shit had hit the fan, during the time when CIA director went to Ukraine in secret and taught Ukrainian government to call rebells terrorists.

That probably didn't help!!! Look, you and I will not agree on this. But would you at least agree that separating the east Ukranians from the west will push the West Ukraine away from Russia?

West Ukraine have never been close to Russia. And they have never been close to Ukraine either.
So Russia is not the one who should be worried about that. It's problem for Kiev not for Moscow.
People on the west (you included) think they know what's going on but they don't.
